My MSF class is not for another week. Sadly, it will be me second attempt. Last weekend, I collapsed from the heat here in Orlando, it was 95 with 90% humidity and I totally fried since I had no idea what I was in for.
Next time, I’m bringing a lighter shirt since we have to wear long sleeves for the class.
