Bike looks great man, great job on the install. Glad to see you got back out riding again.
Hey I noticed in your vid that the roads were kinda wet. What are your thoughts on ridding in the rain and wet weather? (maybe a future vid?) Keep it safe bro!
Hey thanks! Try to avoid riding in rain at all costs. The only time I ever went down was in torrential rain going around a sharp turn over leaves, that was on my former scooter.
The reason you will want to avoid riding in rain is because rain activates any oils on the ground making the road more slippery. Also, if there are any leaves on the ground while raining
it will make the road even more slippery than oil on the ground. You also have to take into account than many cars ride around with blad tires that increase the likelihood that they
could end up sliding into the back of your bike. If you get caught in rain don’t panic but I would recommend riding very cautious, take turns slow, try to take roads with less traffic
and keep a steady throttle. I hope that helps! Take care and stay safe!
I never even thought about cars being more likely to hit you in the rain. Good info man. Thanks for your thoughts!
