1st Scooter Shopping [as old man]

hello everyone, thank you for time to read my post.

i am a single adult returning to college after working over 15yrs. i got rid of my car to stop the high loan and ins payments. now i am walking. i want to buy a scooter. The requirements are as follows:

-150cc
-350lb (180kg) or more load [i am 6’4″/1.8m 5XL]
-$1,000USD max shipped to door [$150/mo for repairs/fuel/accs]

here is the best option i have found so far:

i have contacted them and they seem legitimate so far, but i am cautious whenever sending money overseas.

my friends and family think i am crazy and are not supporting me at all, but I would like to be mobile again before graduating, working full time, THEN afford a car in 2 years. plus i have previously rented scooters and Seadoos and like the freedom. CycleCruza impressed me with his no-hate attitude towards scooting.

any constructive comments are appreciated. any shade or hate comments fuel my inner demon so thank you as well.
