Hey guys.
So I’m pretty new to riding. I started on a ninja 250R. I’m looking to take the step to getting a bigger bike. I love the 2017 cbr600rr. I am a little concerned however, because I read that around 2013 honda took some power away from the cbr600rr for tye newer models. When I look at acceleration stats on these 600cc bikes, the cbr600rr always seems to have the slower numbers. It makes the least power out of the group as well(only about 98 hp at the rear wheel). In the opinion of all you more experienced riders, will I be happy with the speed and performance of this bike? Or will I notice that I’m a bit slower than other bikes and regret my choice. I don’t want to choose the wrong bike because whatever bike I get I’d like to keep for a very long time. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
