Hi all, hopefully if things go right I will be riding in the summer of 2014. I have been doing my homework for the past few years and now at the age of 36 I think I may be able to afford a motorcycle. The last time I rode was in 1996. I had a Husqvarna 250wr. Rode one summer and a little that winter. I have never ridden on the street. More than 90+% of my riding will be on back country roads in Michigan. I would love to buy a 08 CBR600RR, but I’m just a beginner rider,but really just want to scream down the road at legal speeds. The Vtwin putter exhaust is not impressive at all. So I know I’m rambling on but I do have a point and question. Want suggestions for good fuel injected inline 4 cylinder sportbike that has clip-ons. So please don’t suggest the FZ6R. I’m 5’9″ tall with a 6’4 vertical reach. Sitting on a R6 I’m almost upright when holding onto the bars.
