New bike?

i’m going to buy a bike for the first time this summer and i wonder what bike is the best choice if i want a sport bike (max 125cc as that is the highest legal cc i’m allowed to ride on) for the cost of max $2000 2nd hand or not.
The reson i want a bike is because i need to get from school and then back home so i need it to go at least 70mph as top speed.

for example Aprilia RS125, is it a good first time bike, why?
or yamaha yzf-r125, is that a better bike?
etc.
whatever bike that is good for the first time i’m happy as long as i can ride it at 70mph and it’s a sport bike.

and some unwritten rules? the only ones i know of is that you should wave to other bikers and not touch someone elses bike.

ofc it’s more than you just going to school and then back home but thats the main thing i will do.
